Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent terms for refunds, cancellations, and service modifications.
Before Work Starts
You will not be charged for unperformed work. However, authorized third-party charges (government fees, VFS charges, postage, etc.) may be non-refundable once submitted or incurred.
After Work Starts
Corvexa may charge reasonably for work completed and will refund remaining prepaid service amounts after deducting completed work and non-refundable third-party costs.
Completed and Delivered Work
Completed and delivered work is generally non-refundable unless Corvexa agrees it failed to provide the quoted service.
Errors and Corrections
Corvexa clerical and formatting errors within the scope of your original request are generally corrected without additional service charge when promptly reported. New information, changed instructions, added pages or added services may require a new quote.
Third-Party Refunds
Government, VFS, consular, courier and postage refunds depend entirely on each provider's policies. Corvexa can assist with the request process but cannot guarantee refunds.
Airline and Booking Refunds
Airline and booking-platform refunds and changes depend on provider rules. Corvexa's assistance fee is separate from airline pricing.
Customer Delay and Changes
Customer delays may pause the project and affect rush-service timing. Substantial changes to your request may require a revised quote.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds generally use the original payment method when practical.
No Refund for External Outcomes
A denial, delay, price change, missed opportunity or external outcome (government decision, airline action, etc.) does not itself create a refund right for administrative work properly completed according to your instructions.
