Scope of Services
Corvexa Solutions LLC provides clerical, document, digital and administrative support services, including document typing and PDF preparation, printing and scanning, mailing packet preparation, resume and job application assistance, online form and account support, Gujarati–English typing and non-legal translation, passport/OCI/consular administrative assistance, air travel booking assistance, and small-business digital support.
Administrative-Only Role
Corvexa Solutions LLC is not a law firm, immigration representative, tax adviser, insurance adviser, accounting firm, airline, travel agency, consulate, government agency, or licensed professional provider. Corvexa does not provide legal advice, choose legal answers, determine eligibility, represent customers, or guarantee outcomes. All decisions and determinations are made by the responsible government authority, consulate, embassy, airline, or other applicable entity.
Customer Information and Review
You are responsible for providing accurate facts and documents. You must review all names, dates, addresses, identification numbers, answers to legal/eligibility questions, destinations, travel dates, fees and attachments before submission, booking, payment or upload. Corvexa prepares documents based on your instructions and the information you provide; you are responsible for accuracy and completeness.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on complexity, page count, urgency, support required and third-party costs. A written quote is provided before paid work begins.
Third-Party Fees
Government fees, VFS charges, consular fees, postage, airline fares, baggage charges, seat charges, processor charges and similar third-party costs are separate from Corvexa's service fee unless expressly included in your written quote.
Turnaround
Turnaround estimates are good-faith estimates and not guarantees. Same-day or rush service may be available depending on complexity and current workload. Third-party processing (government, consular, airline systems, etc.) is outside Corvexa's control.
Accounts and Passwords
You should personally enter passwords, one-time codes and payment-card details when reasonably possible. Corvexa does not retain passwords after work is complete.
Passport/OCI/Consular Support
Corvexa assists with document checklist organization, formatting, upload help, appointment scheduling and packet preparation only. Corvexa has no affiliation with VFS Global, any consulate, embassy, USCIS, EOIR or government authority. Corvexa cannot guarantee approval, appointment availability, processing speed or delivery.
Air Travel
Airlines and booking platforms control schedules, fares, baggage policies, changes, cancellations and refunds. You must approve all flight details and are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas and meet airline requirements.
Privacy, Refusal of Work, and No Guarantee of Results
See our Privacy & Document Handling Policy. Corvexa may decline work outside our scope. Corvexa makes no guarantee of results, approvals, denials, processing speed, appointment availability, or external outcomes.
